4. Cancellation by AquaFlow Solutions

AquaFlow Solutions may cancel a service if:

  • The service cannot be safely or reasonably completed

  • Unforeseen circumstances prevent completion

  • Terms or policies are violated

If a service is cancelled by AquaFlow Solutions before work begins, a full refund may be considered.


5. Effects of Cancellation

If cancellation is approved:

  • Any eligible refund will follow the Refund Policy

  • Work completed before cancellation may be deducted from any refundable amount

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method
